Easily bake a soft, moist Celiac-friendly banana bread with our gluten free banana bread mix!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Magnolia Banana Bread Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place bread mix, oil and eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Add mashed bananas and beat 1 additional minute on medium speed.

Pour into a greased and floured 9×5 bread pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until done in the center. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Remove and wrap securely to preserve moisture.
