Our classic chocolate chip cookie! Soft and moist, it’s so good your friends and family won’t even miss gluten.


Baking Instructions:

  1. Melt butter. Mix butter, milk, and egg for 30 seconds. Add baking mix and mix for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes at medium speed. Add chocolate chips and stir until well blended into dough.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Drop by tablespoons onto pan and bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes or until golden brown.
