Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Magnolia Mixes Cornbread Mix
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • ΒΌ cup oil or butter
  • 2 eggs

Baking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk buttermilk, oil and eggs until blended. Add cornbread mix; stir just until
batter is smooth.

Pour immediately in an oiled 9 inch square pan. (For Southern style cornbread, pour immediately into a 10 inch oiled, preheated iron skillet.) Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cornbread comes out clean.
